I was surprised to read this. On our Vision cruise last month (with Captain Marek) we kept on ship’s time (CST) for the whole cruise.

 

Are time changes at the discretion of the Captain?

Yes, the Captain decides if the ship time will change, and it could vary cruise to cruise.

Last cruise (1/26) we stayed on ship time, this cruise (1/31) we moved the clock forward one hour. Same Captain, different Hotel Director[emoji848]

To few waiters, ended up getting up for our drinks, drinks being bad, food was bad so we left to go back to the ship to eat. Our waiter took care of the party of eight women next to us. In search of another place.

The Diamond Lounge not seeing anyone tipping the waiters every time I do I get a thank you and sometimes a gee thank you. Come on people it’s just a dollar and they stand for 3 1/2 hours waiting on us. Give a try on your next cruise
