monctonguy Posted February 20, 2018 #4 Share Posted February 20, 2018 As stated above...usually 1-1:30ish on average. Don't count on it. Also, keep in mind that luggage may not be there till later in the afternoon even if stateroom is open for you.
AAA75 Posted February 20, 2018 #5 Share Posted February 20, 2018 Also depends on your type of suite. On our last cruise we had a JS and we left our room around 9:30-10, the GS beside is was ready. Sky class rooms are ready way before hand. I was talking to our stateroom guy and he got a call from his supervisor and was telling him his GS rooms were not ready and was working on them. spookwife Posted February 20, 2018 #8 Share Posted February 20, 2018 only star class( the ones with the Genies) are available as soon as boarding begins. everything else you should expect to not have access until about 1 pm.
Retired LEO Posted February 20, 2018 #9 Share Posted February 20, 2018 One exception would be the first cruise after dry dock. Since there are no previous passengers the cabins are usually ready upon boarding.

Ken at the beach Posted February 20, 2018 #11 Share Posted February 20, 2018 we will also be in a sky class suite. I guess I'll find out when we board. As posted above it’s only star class and even then they are not always ready by 11:00. Everyone else waits until 1:00 or later. The cabin may be ready earlier however they keep the fire doors to the passenger corridors closed with employees there stopping you from entering.
