Such a fun report, great update.

How does Princess Cay compare to Half Moon Cay?

We have never been there so I can't give you a personal comparison, but from what I have read, though nice, Princess Cay doesn't compare to Half Moon Cay.

Another great review and pics Jeff!

Sent from my iPad using Forums

Thanks Jimbo!! Looking forward to your Horizon review next month! :D

I've been to both. Princess Cays is nice. HMC is heaven.

Thank you, I was hoping you had. From what I am reading HMC is superior to Princess Cay.

Enjoying your review Jeff (and of course, Patti's great pictures)! We're fast approaching Platinum status - 2 more cruises (or it should be one but they can't find my first two cruises in their system). Question about the ship film they show during your Platinum/Diamond party - do the ships date all the way back to Carnival's beginning? Our first two cruises were on the Mardi Gras & Carnivale. Wondering if they're in the film??

Thanks for following along! Do you have boarding passes or embarkation photos from your missing cruises? If so you can send them those and get credit for those cruises. Good luck! To answer your question, they show ALL of Carnival's ships in the video.

I'll have to go through some boxes of old pictures. Pretty sure I don't have boarding passes, but we probably bought the pictures. These were our very first cruises (1989 and 1990). Thanks for the suggestion. The funny thing is that they show on my husband's profile (and that he's been cruising since 1989 while mine starts with 1995). Also, our member numbers are way different! I think they assigned me a new number in 1995 and lost the old one.
