dexddd Posted May 23, 2018 #1 Share Posted May 23, 2018 We have 4 promos - dinners, drinks, 250 internet, shorex. I only see 3 online and in the header it says (3). The drinks and dinner always showed up as did the 250 but now the 250 doesn't show but the shorex does. Has this happened to anyone else and did you have an issue onboard with not getting all promos? We always keep digital PDF copies of the confirmations & eDocs with us, just in case ... won't bother to print it out. Been lucky till now, fingers crossed.
