What time did the Haven start boarding just trying to figure out what time i should let our car service get us for our drive down from CT.

 

my neighbors arrived at 10:20am would that be a good time?

I can answer this for you. From the lounge, an elevator takes you up to 19. There are stairs that only take you up to 18. There are stairs you can take at the front of the courtyard.

 

We had David twice as a concierge -- once on the Epic and once on the Escape. The first trip he was great. The second, not so much. Hopefully you get him on a good week!
