Equinox refit!

Hi all is it true the Equinox is having a refit?

May 2019 and when she is done Equinox will leave Port of Miami and return to sailing out of Port Everglades.

We are booked for May 25 2019. First cruise after refit. Will be interesting as to the changes being made along with the staff. Noticed on another thread CC were changed to Aqua Class. Over the years we have booked 2107 due to location and large veranda. Perhaps when the Mille is refit we will have an idea of other changes.

If it means more in cabin storage space w/o needing the over the bed cabinets then we're all for it.

Pls remember that the primary purpose of the Edge type mods is to increase revenue. On the Edge they did this by doubling the number of suites...it's not clear how cruisers in the other cabins will benefit.

We are already booked in a concierge cabin back to back in July 2019. If they change the designation to aqua, class surely those of us already booked will not be charged a higher rate! We were on July 13 and 20. But July 20 became a charter so we had to change to July 6.

We are booked on the Equinox for Dec,2019,and it leaves out of Miami.

We booked for back to back cruises in Nov 2019 and sail out of Fort Lauderdale, it was misleading as the Celebrity cruises brochure stated that they went out of Miami.

Sorry, my error. We are leaving from Fort Lauderdale. I never even looked, as Celebrity has said for over a year that the Equinox will be based in Miami.
