Afraid to make a change....

Recommended Posts

We have twelve of us sailing in four staterooms in August on Oasis. Eight kids ages 12-17 are in two rooms. After months of planning, they have asked to swap pairs. i.e. two of the kids from one are swapping with two kids in another room.

Best as I can tell, I have two options:

1. Contact my TA and ask them to make the switch

2. Just board and get the four kids extra keys to the room they want to stay and and have them carry that and their S&S card on their lanyard.

While the first option is ideal, I know RCIs proclivity for screwing things up! I don't want to find out My Time Dining Reservations, show reservations or excursions have been mucked up. So I'm wondering if the second option is better.

Any thoughts?
