leisuretraveler223 Posted July 2, 2018 #1 Share Posted July 2, 2018 We have twelve of us sailing in four staterooms in August on Oasis. Eight kids ages 12-17 are in two rooms. After months of planning, they have asked to swap pairs. i.e. two of the kids from one are swapping with two kids in another room. Best as I can tell, I have two options: 1. Contact my TA and ask them to make the switch 2. Just board and get the four kids extra keys to the room they want to stay and and have them carry that and their S&S card on their lanyard. While the first option is ideal, I know RCIs proclivity for screwing things up! I don't want to find out My Time Dining Reservations, show reservations or excursions have been mucked up. So I'm wondering if the second option is better. Any thoughts?

Ourusualbeach Posted July 2, 2018 #3 Share Posted July 2, 2018 Absolutely the second option.
cruzer_3 Posted July 2, 2018 #4 Share Posted July 2, 2018 I'd probably just go with option 2 to be honest.
seadog18 Posted July 2, 2018 #5 Share Posted July 2, 2018 Yep, my vote is for no 2. Leave the booking as it is and sort out who sleeps where once you are aboard. Happy cruising :)
dani negreanu Posted July 2, 2018 #6 Share Posted July 2, 2018 2. Don't chance it. You could find yourself with a cancelled reservation.... Beside, the "kids" could decide, until August, to swap again :D
