You can use a misting humidifier just not steam type.

As Bob said contact special needs. Not sure if Humidifiers are Royal legal to use... Sounds silly, not sure work out in Cruise Cabin or want to block vents. But after spending 35 years living in Motels, Long Term Hotels and Military Barracks/Housing, running shower Hot really works. Most these having electric or steam heat making it extra dry, with lot of the time it's zero degrees outside caused it to be so dry inside static would lite up a dark room. Looked like a lightning storm in my room.

When you leave they cabin fill the bathroom sink with water. Block open the bathroom door. That helps too but running the shower is your best bet.
