Dec 26/19 Things to do in Miami

Is Dec 26 a holiday in Florida? Will be flying into Miami on Dec 25th and will have the entire day on the 26th to see Miami. We are from Canada so are fine with hitting the beach as long as it's 60deg or warmer that being said probably don't want to spend much more then 3 hours on the beach. Any must do's while in Miami we will be a mixed group ages from 15-65.

It is not a holiday but I find that traffic is down that week so it's a nice time to be in the city.

 

Visiting South Beach would be fun. There is the beach area, shopping, restaurants and a fun areas to be out and about and should please all ages.

Hop-on/off bus tours are a good way to get an overview of Miami and Miami Beach.

Yes, unless there is an unusual cold snap, the beach and everything will be pretty normal. Traffic is down as in cars on the street, but its actually a busy time for hotels and the more touristy areas.

 

The beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, Bayside, Wynwood, Brickell and Downtown. All spots you can check out. Usually the weather is awesome that time of year.
