grinningimm Posted September 1, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 1, 2018 I have limited search capability from my phone, and limited wifi access while abroad, so I'll just ask. My wife and I are on Conquest on 10/27/18 and will be overnighting in Bermuda. If we plan a long day off the ship, is there a deadline in the evening for being back aboard? We are not worried about being left behind, as the ship is not leaving that night. We just want to ensure we can get back aboard anytime we want, and if not, what the timeframes are. I cannot call Carnival from where I am to ask them.
Micahs Grandad Posted September 1, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 1, 2018 Come and go as you please but not sure how late transportation will be available
Giantfan13 Posted September 1, 2018 #3 Share Posted September 1, 2018 Agree. You can come and go as you please, anytime day or night. Cheers Len
Rare BlerkOne Posted September 1, 2018 #4 Share Posted September 1, 2018 If the ship remains docked you should have access. If a tender port like Cabo, maybe not.
woodman Posted September 1, 2018 #5 Share Posted September 1, 2018 :D Bermuda what a wonderful port. We loved it and have been more then once. As mentioned transportation maybe the issue.I know in the day time there are buses and water taxis which are great, one price for how ever many days. At night not so sure better check that out. kahcruising Posted September 1, 2018 #6 Share Posted September 1, 2018 we will be joining you on this cruise and I was wondering the same thing. We certainly wont be out late but it will be fun to have a late dinner and drink on the island in the evening!
kcdancerkc Posted September 1, 2018 #7 Share Posted September 1, 2018 We just did this on NCL. Look up an event calendar for Bermuda and you can get a feel for what is going on and time frames. Try and find what is near your ship looking at Bermuda maps online and then you can see what if anything is close by. Ship open 24 hours a day and Bermuda is beautiful and safe.
sgttami Posted September 3, 2018 #8 Share Posted September 3, 2018 No problem in Bermuda...I had friends that lived there and would spend two nights at their place when we docked. In April I met a couple who got off the ship and spent two nights at Elbow Beach resort in Hamilton.
salty dingo Posted September 3, 2018 #9 Share Posted September 3, 2018 You can get a bus/ferry pass and go all over the island. We were there for three overnights and came and went the entire time as we pleased.
cb at sea Posted September 3, 2018 #10 Share Posted September 3, 2018 Consider the ship to be your hotel for the night. Come and go as you please!

I don't plan to be out late as I will be travelling solo but was also curious as to any specific time one needed to be back to the ship. Looks like it will be open all night. Looking forward to a great cruise. First time to Bermuda.
