Spence Posted September 18, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 18, 2018 We're booked on the Oasis of the Sea at the end of January. I have a question about the room (9316). Is there a plug available by the head of the bed? I need to plug in a CPAP machine. I called Royal Caribbean and they said they will supply a extension cord but did not answer my question. There is one plug on one one side of the head of the bed. In other words, you may still need the extension if you are on the wrong side.
PTAngel Posted September 18, 2018 #3 Share Posted September 18, 2018 When DH & I cruise, we take 2 CPAP's. I carry a new extension cord in my CPAP bag. The extension cord RC provides only has 1 plug in & we need 2. My cord is also thinner so there is less chance of tripping. Also, make sure to work it under the bed to reduce another chance of tripping. I also ask the steward to separate the beds so the cord will reach both CPAP's. Even if there is a plug next to the bed, we still need to use our extension cord because we need 2 plug. We have no problem using our CPAP's & our extension cord. BTW DH also uses a plug to recharge his mobility scooter so we need every plug we can find. Enjoy your cruise. We have cruised on her & really enjoyed it. I think he wants to try that class again maybe on the Harmony.

The plug is behind the head of the bed right next to the phone jack. It’s a little challenging to reach it, but it is very convenient that it is there...
