for bfast i def prefer quality over quantity for 2 reasons

 

1. if its port day dont wanna be stuffed while i'm hiking around

 

2 if its sea day i wanna eat all the other yummy things that open up later. 

 

i saw an old pic of the UBB and it seems like mostly pastry/baked goods
