Paid Grats after EDocs issued

We paid our gratuities after our eDocs were issued for our December cruise - will they be updated, or will there be a "behind the scenes" notification with RCCL that they've been paid?  Also, how does staff know if we've prepaid our gratuities?  I always leave with a strange feeling when I don't tip on the last day...

Call whoever you booked with and ask RCI reissue the docs if you are concerned.

You can contact whoever booked your cruise and request your edocs be re-generated.

 

Once on board, if you don't get automatically charged daily for gratuities, then you have prepaid.
