On my receipt it doesn't actually state that it is for a balcony. It simply says GTY. Is this normal? I don't usually book Guarantees and am not familiar with how it shows on the receipt. My name is Doug and it is my pleasure to help you today.I checked your invoice and agree with you – the type of Guarantee you have does not appear on the guest version. However, I can confirm that you are assigned to an Ocean-View Balcony Guarantee upgrade for this cruise. I am sorry your invoice does not show this explicitly, but you will have your own private view of the sea on the Navigator of the Seas!Kathleen, thank you for choosing Royal Caribbean International.
