I am loving all of your beautiful pictures! I have a question for ya, I see on the daily calendar that there are costs associated with the theater, do you know what the fees are? Also, how is the turn down service? Have you used it before? Many thanks!

I am enjoying the review!

We were on the Serenade of the Seas while you were in Bermuda - so it's fun to compare our trips.

I was interested in knowing what was going on with the platform throughout your stay in port - good to know it wasn't anything too terrible for your ship.

We too enjoyed the Somers Wharf Restaurant.  Our day in St. George was soaking wet, so we opted for lunch in the warmth and dryness - they served quite good pizza and Shepherd's Pie!

Looking forward to the rest of your adventure!

Thanks for reading. Unless I'm forgetting something, the only event in the Taj Mahal that had a fee attached to it would be bingo. The turn down service is part of the evening service done by your room steward. :classic_cool:

Glad to have you aboard with us. You get two cruises for the price of one!  :classic_biggrin: You must have gone over to St. George the same day as us as it rained well into the afternoon. I will be posting some more a little later today. :classic_cool:

After finishing her breakfast, Patti was on the move again with her camera, while I had a few more Thirsty Frog Red’s. Here is the Blue Iguana Cantina, where they would be serving breakfast until 10:30am…..

Love Blue Iguana.  I think the gentleman in the back at the shells was on our cruise - they were a lot of fun.

Have you had their Huevos Rancheros?  I like them better than the burritos and better than Sea Day Brunch Huevos.  I still get a few hash browns on the side though 😉

We discovered the Sunset Garden area completely by accident, while looking for someplace quiet to wait for our turn to disembark on the last morning. There wasn’t another soul there; it was glorious!

Sunset Garden is so pretty and relaxing - not too many passengers seem to know about it.  It's great for when you want to take a walk but it's too windy outside and upper decks are closed.

Love huevos rancheros, but usually only have them at the Seaday Brunch. Beer goes much better with burritos. :classic_biggrin:

We woke up to a beautiful day. However, the temperature was only 70 degrees and it wasn’t going to get much higher today. Here is the sun rising over the Great Sound…..

IMG_3648-XL.jpg

After consulting with Jim and Pat, it was decided to skip our plans for Horseshoe Bay and just head over to Hamilton.

Patti and I went up to the Lido for an omelet breakfast.

At 10:30 we met Jim and Pat in the lobby and made our way off of the ship.

We are now off of the Carnival Pride and heading over to catch the 11:15 ferry over to Hamilton….

I'm more of a cider girl 🙂 but my breakfast splurge is the lido deck hot chocolate.

We are going to Bermuda with our kids on their first cruise next June for daughter's graduation.  Your review is making me even more excited for them.

After we debarked the ferry at the Dockyard, Jim, Pat, and Patti decided to go explore and shop in the Dockyard area. My hip was sore so I decided to head back to the ship, stopping at Calico Jack’s for a few drinks, for medicinal purposes you understand. :classic_biggrin:

Patti’s first stop was at the Clocktower Mall…..
