Signatures not visible unless browser is full screen

Maybe this is a new feature?  I can't believe I didn't notice this before.  I only see signatures if the browser is full screen.  Is this intentional?  It seems to be related more to the width than anything.  If I widen the browser a bit, the signatures show up.

what type of device & browser ?

 

I am on the laptop with FF  &  if I have the signatures enabled  which I do not   I see them just fine

Windows 10 chrome.  As I mentioned it depends on window size.

New feature I see is if I turn my phone sideways, I can see the signatures.

It's not just the signatures. If you look at what happens when the signature disappears, you may also see that the other elements of a post are rearranged. The avatar shrinks and the user name goes to its right in a bar across the top of the post, and the information below the avatar disappears.

 

So all of this suggests that it is indeed intentional, and may be linked to making signatures visible on mobile screens.
