Dun dun dun... Folding chair gate has returned... But only as over flow seating in the atrium...

 

Also, I've had to switch browsers yet again. It was claiming that I had met my megabyte limit... This new improved website is sooo frustrating!

This ship is beautiful and I would love to cruise on it someday.  Unfortunately, my husband and the friends we cruise with are obsessed with getting to Platinum status on Carnival and will not think about trying another line.  We are about 2 cruises away from Platinum though, so maybe someday.

How is the smoke smell in the Casino.  I know you're not a gambler, but just curious if it's noticable when you walk through.

The pool deck is totally packed. There are chairs everywhere, and every one is either taken or chogged. On the upper deck there are chairs all in the middle of the walking track. You can barely pass others coming from the other way.

 

Ok, it's saying my megabytes are full again. Will have to switch browsers again... This is definitely my last live review unless the app is brought back.

People that like watches wear them -- I've worn a watch every day since high school.

 

That said, I don't think I'd ever buy one on a cruise. They never seem to have the models that I'd be interested in, and somehow I doubt that you'd be able to get a better price onboard than you would on Amazon.

The restroom at Vibe is almost as large as my solo cabin.

Holy smoke! What’s all the extra space for? I could see room for a wheelchair or scooter but that’s enough for several!

I believe it is officially considered the ADA mandated restroom, but I haven't seen anyone around who would require it... I guess technically I'm mentally handicapped, so I just use this one. ( But, only in Vibe, not throughout the ship)

After much deliberation, I have decided to purchase the spa pass.  With my freakishly pale complexion, I can't sit out in the sun (unless it's in one of those fancy Vibe cabanas!) so at least in the spa I can lounge with a roof over my head.  I did it on one of my Epic cruises a couple of years ago and loved it - I just don't think I'll spend as much time in there this go 'round.  But that's okay.
