Shoreside Concierge call

I don't particularly care about the call from the Concierge.   In the last 10 cruises only a couple of my request have been there on check in and I  had to ask the Butler and stateroom attendant to get the other items.   Not particularly difficult requests -    Extension Cord, 2  Isotonic Pillows and swap the Champagne to Chardonnay.   When in Royals they always have the bar set up correctly but the other items not taken care of.

I've even discussed with the Suites Manager and he made all types of excuses.   One MCC manager told me that on the particular ship the Suites Manager insisted that all request come to him instead of the MCC who use to take care of it.

Maybe it is just us.

We cruise in 8 weeks and I’m not expecting a call for another 6-7 weeks.

Our experience too!

Whilst early communication sounds great I do hope requests don’t disappear into the void of old emails....
