On Board Credit

No, unfortunately that's about the only thing it's not. However, if your OBC is refundable, you can get it back in cash on the last evening or have it refunded to your credit card on record so....

Can you just remind me which OBC is refundable if you have some from Celebrity and TA.

TA OBC is refundable, Celebrity OBC is not refundable.

Most of the time OBC from a TA is refundable, however we have had 2 occasions when travel agent OBC was not refundable.  That has happened when the TAs got discounted OBC from X so it was non-refundable.  I always ask the TA when booking.

The OBC from the TA is most often refundable. The best, most accurate way to know is to look at your account once you're on board. We have asked our TA, been told it's OBC-N only to get on board and see that it's OBC-R.

Thanks for the replies. Is there any way of checking your OBC on the cruise planner?  Not necessarily the type of OBC just the amount.

Only OBC from Celebrity will show in the Cruise Planner.  If you have OBC from a TA it will not show up until you are on the ship.  It can take take 1-2 days for TA OBC to show on your account.

I have a Celebrity Visa card that has enough points on it for some OBC on our cruise.  Is that considered refundable or non refundable OBC?
