SRF Posted April 19, 2019 #1 Share Posted April 19, 2019 Yeah, I know the answer, RCCL IT is HORRIBLE. But we booked two cruises on board last week. Went into my account, they are not listed. Our next cruise, booked last year, for this fall, showed up on my account without my having to do anything. A few months later, when a conflict forced us to reschedule, I had both the original booking, and the new booking, listed for a few days. My upcoming cruise from a third party travel agency linked. We found a great deal on Symphony of the Seas for the 3/28-4/4 2020 Western cruise a few days ago. Booked on board. Emailed my TA, she had them. But today, once I logged in, neither was there. No problem adding them, but no need for me to have to do that. Heather1972 Posted April 19, 2019 #8 Share Posted April 19, 2019 I had this issue on Tuesday. I manually linked my cruise on their website. I still had to call because my cruise wouldn't show up. I was told I hadn't confirmed my cruise. Cruise was free and I had paid my port fees & taxes plus the daily service charges over the phone. How much confirmation did they need?!?
