Fogfog Posted May 25, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 25, 2019 What is the B2B credit on Cel for a 10+ day cruise? Is it Per person or Per Cabin? When our invoice came--it shows a credit to me for the B2B and not DH. TA called Celebrity who said the credit was half of what I was initially told... (so in effect they put it all on one person) OR they failed to credit us properly So-- what is the credit--I know there is a chart and using the search function on X website and am having a hard time finding it TYIA
Rare cruisestitch Posted May 25, 2019 #2 Share Posted May 25, 2019 I have never seen a chart showing this. I generally get $100, sailing solo, for a back to back. Sometimes I get nothing, and they say that that set of Cruises is not eligible.

We were told that under 7 nights is $0 7 nights + is $50 and 10+ nights is $100 Were under the impression it was Per Person (Captains Club member) BUT instead they applied it once... From all we have learned about X--it is their inconsistency.... Reading CC is a testament to that as is our own experience ...

CHEZMARYLOU Posted May 26, 2019 #7 Share Posted May 26, 2019 The B2B discount is per cabin, per cruise. If you are on a 7 day B2B cruise each cruise will get a $50 discount. At some point it raises to $100 but I'm not sure what that point is.
di T Posted May 26, 2019 #8 Share Posted May 26, 2019 As said it’s $50 7nts and 10 nts and above $100 per cabin so I’ve booked next years b2b and got 50 for the first 8 day cruise and 100 for the consecutive 10 day one! Have always asked for it don’t think it’s automatically given. In the UK I think we were given it off the cruises in pounds. Dianne
Fogfog Posted May 26, 2019 Author #9 Share Posted May 26, 2019 TY for the responses. Yes we did get the $100 per cabin... Had thought it was per Capt C member...as others who have sailed solo had said they got the $100 and it was listed under my name on the invoices and not DH. It is impossible to find on the Celebrity website. Not sure why they make finding these things so difficult as it is--the "sale" code tor Captn club $ off --our sailings" are not eligible" So often the Captn Club promos are very very selective/small. Celebrity doesn't show us much love does it. We will cross another Captains Club milestone after these two sailings and are seriously considering cancelling our Feb sailing and trying another line.
