Escargot?! Is it back yet?!

I've read that there was no escargot in many places...  is it still a thing?  Has the shortage been taken care of?!   Are the snails back?!

Yes.  I just got off the Conquest on June 1 and I had it.

Yes!  It's been a slow process, but they are back!

YAY!!!   Thats one of MANY things that we look forward to when we book a cruise!  I sure hope it's on ours next month!

you don't have to wait for a cruise it's sold in restaurants and supermarkets, butter, garlic and bake

I saw it on the menu last week on Vista.  I've gotten it before, but it's just too garlicky for my taste.

Get yourself to the store with about $5 and some butter and your in good shape

I LOVE escargot.... but it's one of those delightful treats that I enjoy when I cruise or at a special landside restaurant... I would never make them at home, no matter how easy- it would take some of the 'special' out of eating it onboard!
