Welcome Home Email-It’s Back

Just received one from my Eurodam sailing of June 1st. 

This is the first time I’ve received it in about the last 3 cruises.

Apparently it’s always been available whether you get the email or not.  I learned that last year when I saw a thread on this and got it applied.   It seems hit or miss if you get the email.

When we were on the Eurodam in 2012, we did not get the "welcome home" e-mail.  We asked our TA to try and use the special code for a future cruise.  Nope -- HAL would not accept it.  They said that they has not sent out any "welcome home" e-mails to anyone in several months.

Its hit or miss for me - I get it about every other cruise.  I just have my PCC apply the ZPM code anyway and its never been denied.

I didn’t know the welcome back was gone 😉 

 

We normally get it but on the times we don’t, I just ask the code to be applied - it’s never been a problem 😄

Like others have posted, we just ask our TA for the ZPM promo and it's applied.  We haven't had a welcome back email for some time.

It’s a “welcome back” promotion.  If you book a new cruise within a certain time frame of your return from your cruise (usually around 60 or so days) then they offer you additional OBC depending upon the length of your cruise and category you book.

Yes that is what my PCC said. As long as you book  with

in  the specified  number of days after your cruise, you can get the benefit of the  welcome home e-mail even if you were not sent it.
