On a B2B we had a great server in TD on the second portion and didn't need the 2nd mini bar set up so we traded it for a bottle of wine and gave it to our server.  We couldn't believe how happy that made him.   He went around showing his friends what he had been given.  But he also had the head waiter confirm that we had given it to him.

I believe it was to be on the safe side so no one would think he didn't get it as a gift.

As a matter of Interest we have lots of OBC do we still get the 10% discount if the cost is coming off our OBC. On P & O we have to use all the OBC up before we get any discount.

Yes, 10% and can be paid with OBC.

And if you get the coupon book from the TA, it has a 15% coupon for I think if you spend over $100, but they don't combine that with the 10%, so YMMV.
