INope. Did a check on my iPad using Chrome and Safari then my computer and all got right in. That could be an error when you aren’t set up properly on your server you are using. But I’m no expert. Take yourself off your Wi-fi and re-hook up?

I have been denied for two days already and still to no avail...

I did have this problem. I got Celebrity involved, our internet provider involved. I could access the site on my cell phone with data but not with our internet. No one had an answer or solution. And suddenly, it was fine.

I had this problem for two days on all my apple devices. I finally turned off all devices and just let them set overnight and when I turned them on again it worked. I had to power off my Mac and phone and iPad. I think. the Mac was the key.

I used to have issues with certain Nord VPN servers and Celebrity.

It has become habit for us to only access the X website with an Incognito  or InPrivate window ever since X revamped its website several years back. The gremlins are far fewer doing it that way. Also, always remember to log out before exiting their site.

Spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to set up the App.

 

Will not accept the password

Trying to reset the password results in it asking for a security question which was not the one nominated.

You just go around in an endless loop

 

I think there is a vacancy at Celebrity for a Systems and Communication Manager

There website is finicky at best.  If you back out of a page incorrectly it locks it up and you have to wait a few hours for it to auto reset.

Not when you use an Incognito window! It's MUCH less buggy!!!
