Second X, Questions:

Second X cruise. I have done an extensive search, but have not found answers. Does anyone have an UPDATED 2019 room service menu? Do they still serve smoothies with room service, and is there any uncharge before 11:00 pm for non-concierge class cabins. Also, with the teens club age group, are 15-17-year-old activities different from/not combined with the 12-14-year-old activities? Thanks!

No charge before 11,  believe 6.95 after 11 except for Suites.

They might combine the groups if there are not a lot of kids on board.

By combining groups, do you mean combining older and younger teens, or by combining their activities?

Question: Were you staying in a suite/concierge/aqua class stateroom? Were the beverages in the beverage section of room service free (specifically smoothies)? I see wine by the glass and beers are on the menu too. Are they free of charge or do you have to be in a suite/have the beverage package?

Wine and beers are NOT free of charge from room service, even if you are in a suite and/or have the beverage package. Unless something has changed recently, the smoothies are only free if you are in a concierge/aqua cabin.

Yeah, I am getting to so many conflicting results! I plan on staying in a regular Verandah, but really want smoothies! (If any of you follow me on the CCL thread, YOU KNOW I love smoothies!

Returning briefly to your teens question - if there are too few teens to separate the groups the activities tend to be open to both ages.  But from experience the older teens really just sort themselves out with very little need for organization.  We've never had an experience with a younger teen being excluded from anything - and DD is not easily led so I had no worries about her joining in with a difficult group.  In quite a lot of cruises with a teen we only ever had one where there were a group of teens who caused (or were) trouble.  DD and her group just kept out of the way and after the ship debarked one family (for the teen setting fire to the cushions and throwing them overboard...) most of the teen trouble stopped.

If you're in a regular veranda cabin (and I assume you do not have elite status from being "Diamond" on Royal Caribbean), your choices are to pay for smoothies or buy a premium beverage package which would include smoothies.
