Do suite passengers get these too? Even if not D or D+?

If booked in Owners suite plus a Diamond member  you’d get opportunity for all or just one of these tours? It’s an 11 day cruise on Serenade if that matters,

Speak to your concierge once onboard, they can probably arrange at least a bridge and galley tour.

Completely agree with Bob.  The first couple times my DH sailed with me, we splurged for a GS.  All it took was a slight mention to the Concierge that we would be interested in taking one of the tours and he/she made it happen.  The Bridge tour was definitely more exciting/interesting than the Galley (for DH anyway), but we've been blessed to take both.

I believe photos are allowed, but videos are not.

On Ovation this was done at Hubbard so that it included a winch pad visit while approaching the glacier.  The winch pad is not normally accessible to the public.

So was it part of the backstage tour or kind of a tour on it's own?

Definitely not a normal occurrence. I understand this was exclusive to some on board.... don't know if PNS, suites, etc, I never asked. There were only maybe 25-30 public cruisers out there at Hubbard. Note the photo below.... staff were allowed to walk everywhere, general public cruisers were cordoned off at the front bow of the ship for about 1/2 hour then escorted away. This was not part of any typical backstage tour
