What are Azamara's "regular business hours"?

When I try to call, I get a message that the office is closed, call back during "regular business hours" but no indication of when those hours are.  When are Azamara's "regular business hours", does anyone know?

Thank you.  I finally got through to them today, about noon Saturday, so go figure.....

That's because they are open 10am to 3pm EST on Saturday. It's detailed on their website, all areas of the world. Just go to the Azamara website and search "office hours".

Thank you.  I always find it odd to be listening to a phone message that isn't really helpful -- "call back during regular business hours which are from 9-9:30 M-F and 10-3 Saturday, Eastern Standard Time" would be so much more helpful than just "call back during regular business hours".  IMHO,

MY TA tells me that the wait times on Azamara are over 30 minutes. I know it`s the same on Celebrity. They must lose a lot of business when people don`t want to hold for that length of time.

Seems odd to have a big promotion extended through today but no way to call them to take advantage of it. I need to move an existing reservation. Oh well.

Can't resist picking a nit: it's currently Daylight Saving Time, not Standard Time.  😉

 

Props to AZ for using the slash so they don't have to change it twice a year.

Totally agree! Why not extend it to a weekday when we can contact them? I was on the verge of booking a B2B under this promotion, but now I guess I'm out of luck...

They are on CST: Central Standard Time

Monday to Friday 8 am to 8:30 pm

Saturday 9 am to 2 pm.
