Sparkling water - Cheers or otherwise?

Correct on all three, except I believe the small Perrier's were in bottles.  The San Pellegrino in large format is included with Cheers but only in the MDR and specialty restaurants.  If you get it anywhere else like the coffee shop or at the table on the way out to go ashore, you will be charged for it.
