VANCOUVER HOTEL CHOICE OF2

Anyone have an opinion on these 2 Vancouver hotels.  I am holding reservations on both and would like to make a decision. 1. The Auberge and 2. Pan Pacific.  It is for 1 night post cruise.

I've stayed in both-- from a room standpoint the Pan Pacific I thought was hands down the nicer of the two and you cant beat the location attached to the cruise terminal. Not to throw a total wrench in it, but I prefer the Fairmont Waterfront (also right there at the cruise terminal) by far over both Auberge and Pan Pacific.

I have not stayed at The Auberge, but I have stayed at both the Pan Pacific and the Fairmont Waterfront.  Both are fine hotels, but I prefer the Pan Pacific.  They have a nice patio over looking the mountains and Vancouver's harbor.  Service and cuisine offered are excellent.

Thank you for your thoughts.  My instinct was the Pan Pacific so I have canx Auberge.

I am late to this discussion, but have stayed at both the Auberge and the Pan Pacific.  The Auberge was fine, but we prefer the Pan Pacific.  Ms Jo UK's instinct was correct -- at least in my opinion!

Auberge is a nice hotel, but pre-cruise, Pan Pacific is absolutely the correct decision.
