Flight time

I flew out of SeaTac last Sunday, and having TSA Precheck made it a lot easier. The regular security line was about an hour or so to get through, and this was about 0930. It was definitely busy.

You will have plenty of time to get there for a 12:20 flight, but if you don’t have Precheck, you may be waiting a while in line.

Getting off a Ruby Princess on a Sunday and need a flight home.  SEA airport.  Delta has one at 12:20 pm non stop and that is it.  Is that plenty of time?

thanks

We just did this on Monday and were at the gate by 10 AM, even using the slow cruise line bus transfer.  HOWEVER, we did have TSA pre-chek and we used Port Valet (a great FREE option provided by the city of Seattle where they take your bags from outside your cabin the night before departure and the next time you see them is at you home airport - worked GREAT for us!  - a whole lot easier than the old way, plus it enabled us to avoid the airline check-in process (they give you boarding passes onboard the ship).

Thank you so much. Was not even aware of this but it has been a long time since I have cruised and things have changed.  We will not have I do not think TSA precheck, would it help to grab a taxi to the airport.  The flight is at 12:00 not 12:20.    Thanks again

Taxi would be faster.  Plus they have a flat rate of $47 (according to the sign outfront).  Be sure to verify this before you get into the cab.

You should still be fine with a Noon flight, even without TSA prechek.
