Elite Lounge Port Everglades

Yes, there is an area for Elites and I believe full suite passengers also are in the same area. Nothing special. Just some seats and maybe some coffee and danish. The area is a little different at pier 2, 4 and the mid port piers. The areas get very crowded, overflow, SRO, if you arrive before boarding begins. There can be 500+ elites on a cruise and the area is not large enough to hold that amount if they all arrive around the same time.

If you are staying in a suite once you clear port security and enter the Princess hall; once you show your medallion or boarding pass; someone from Princess will escort you to the elite lounge.  I was there in Feb; and my wife and I were escorted to the lounge; and once boarding started; a Princess rep escorted us onto the ship.

I can't count how many times I've sailed out of FLL and have never even seen the elite lounge.  We leave our hotel at 11 when you have to check out and always board immediately.  No reason to get there before boarding starts.

February on the Regal at pier 2 the elite lounge was so crowded at 10:45 that we went back out to the general boarding area.  Did grab a Pastry on my way out.

IDC - I will stand around just to get on the ship first for a Caribbean cruise.
