Buying beverage packages for someone on another reservation?

I assume this is something I need to call about.  I want to buy beverage packages for a couple traveling on another reservation, and I do not see a way to do that in the cruise planner. 
 

Our reservations are linked, and there is usually a link to book things for someone on another reservation.  That link does not show up when I click on beverage packages in our cruise planner.  
 

And no, don’t send me your reservation number and ask me to add you. 😂😁

If you know the reservation number and names, you can go into their Cruise Planner:

I just bought the deluxe drinks package for my daughter who is with us in July on a separate booking. You just need the booking reference as stated, go in and book and pay for the package. I used my email address for them to send me the confirmation. It’s very easy
