Way too soon to know.  By mid January you might be able to get that information.

Find the Roll Call of the departure immediately before yours or the one before that and ask there for someone to email you the information.

When you board the ship you will be able to find out who the cruise director is as well as the captain, etc. No worries as every cruise has a dedicated cruise director.

Because beginning last week many Senior staff are beginning to get their Winter Break.  The Encore, Escape, Bliss, Gem and Pearl, Jewel have all had Senior staff members go on vacation.
