WiFi in port

We will ask ship crew but does anyone have knowledge of places in port which have WiFi free or with a small purchase?

Available on the ship if in port?

The ship will have Wi-Fi available all cruise long, but the fee is not small. 😥

 

Lots of the bars and restaurants on the pier will offer wi-fi, as do most of the beach bars.  There are 3 cruise ship piers on Cozumel - what ship and what date?

I can't recall free wi-fi right at Puerta Maya where Carnival ships dock, but that does not mean there isn't any. Our favorite restaurant in Cozumel is La Choza, it's downtown and offers free wi-fi. There is (or was the last time we were there) a Starbucks at the Mall in downtown.

The Fat Tuesday, the bar right across from the Three Amigos, have free wifi with purchase.  I always stop and get me a frozen drink before getting back on the ship.  The password is on your receipt.  I used it to check emails and post on FB

There is also a Starbucks downtown, but since I never been in unsure if wifi is free or with purchase.
