vjblk Posted December 21, 2019 #2 Share Posted December 21, 2019 If you are booking through the cruise ship you have to cancel according to the terms of the excursion you book. A no show will not be refundable.
donaldsc Posted December 22, 2019 #3 Share Posted December 22, 2019 If by "shore trip" you mean a ship excursion, the answer is obvious - no. If a private tour , it would depend upon the tour but also probably no. Why would you ever expect that if you pay in advance as required and they are holding a spot for you and you do not show that they would refund your money. satxdiver Posted December 22, 2019 #4 Share Posted December 22, 2019 If you have a ship tour booked, then you have to cancel ahead of time depending on the excursion but usually 24 hours in advance. If you buy a ticket to an event and then decide not to go why would you expect them to refund your ticket?
paul929207 Posted December 22, 2019 #5 Share Posted December 22, 2019 The tour ticket will give the cancellation policy.
