check in question

Online check in normally is available after final payment.

By packages are you referring to the booking perks like prepaid gratuities, wi-fi, beverage package and On Board Credit.  If so then if you got OBC from Celebrity it will show in your Cruise Planner Within hours of booking as you can use it to book excursions, etc.  if you are getting OBC from a TA that will show on your account once on the ship, not before.  Beverage package and wi-fi will show under Order History in the Cruise Planner when it is close to sailing date.  Prepaid gratuties don’t show other than on your booking confirmation or paid invoice.

How far in advance of your cruise can you access your documents to fill out the forms? Where in the trip planner can you find the packages that came with your cruise? Thanks

On line check-in is available 90 days from your sail date.

Thanks. I was trying to find our OBC from Celebrity and the Wi-Fi package we got when we booked the cruise.

That's best found on your Celebrity Guest Invoice which is available from Celebrity if you booked directly and can generally be obtained from your TA if your booked with them.

If booked directly with Celebrity you can use the Existing Reservations number 1-888-751-7804 and use their automated system to request a guest invoice be emailed to you.  It happens immediately.

Your OBC from Celebrity will show up in your CP as soon as the cruise booking you made has been completed. When you log in and go to your Cruise Planer there will be a pop up showing the OBC amount. Also the OBC amount is in a banner on the top of the page in your CP. No need to wait the 90 days when you can print off your Express pass and your Edocs are ready to review.
