Do min bids go down on royal up scale?

The bids on freedom out of PR March 15 to a balcony are minimum $200 pp.  do minimums go down at all closer to date?

The Anthem 3/1 sailing had the min from inside to balcony go down from $150 to $50 last week. That might just be a one time thing due to her coronavirus scare last week. And yes, inventory became available.

I think that is a very rare case... 

I have heard from a few TAs that the Royal Up offers are just sent out regardless if there is inventory or not. I think the system is still a bit flawed.

We had 3 Royal up offers starting at a month out until 2 weeks out. The minimum bid never went down.

The min bids for our upcoming symphony cruise DID go down $50/category. However, when I called to inquire about avail Jr Suites there were none in inventory. I do understand that these bids could still be used should a cancellation occur.

The threads might not get merged but there seems to be more of them than in the past.

Yes they do!  I bid the minimum on an upgrade from GS to 1 Bed Aqua (2018, shortly after the program rolled out).  Went back in to modify and the min had dropped.  So I dropped my bid.  We ended up winning too!
