Email issues with RC

Right from booking my emails from RC we’re not coming in. When the customer service rep sent me an email from her personal account, it came through. It got fixed in a day or so. My question (possible problem) is that I just was able to bid on an upgrade and did. It said a confirmation email is on its way. That was a while ago and nothing. If I’m jumping the gun, I’ll wait. But if not, I need to call again. Thanks.

Check spam filter settings.

 

There are two levels of filters assuming you have email from an ISP.

 

Level 1 - in box filter...these are the rules you have and apply to emails received to your box.  Sometimes you will have a folder called spam other times they will go direct to delete

 

Level 2 - sever side filter - you will need to log into the web portal provided by your ISP to confirm settings on this and access the spam box stored on the server....if you have no idea what I am talking about....call your ISP for assistance
