24 hour line

So called the number listed on cruise with confidence that is 24/7 and I get office is now closed.  Anybody else run into this?

Yup just a minute ago.

On my thread "I successfully cancelled....." I mentioned it was 24 hrs and it was over the weekend.

 

I guess they have decided to save money and not be opened 24 hrs. Oh well. Get in line at 8am

No, you can get through, but you have to play their game.

 

When you get the menu of choices, press "1" for "book a new cruise."

Yep, that is what I have done in the past as well.  Seems silly, doesn't it?

On the regular reservation line you hit the prompt for making a new  booking

 

On the Cruise with Confidence number you press the prompt for people leaving withing 24 hours (sadly you have to do it that way)  Someone will answer
