I think there will be reevaluating of the CDC rules for US sailings, once 70% of cruisers get the vaccine. That will eliminate most of the issues.

Hopefully, this can be achieved by end of this year..🤞

Presumably 100% of the crew will need to be vaccinated before sailings can recommence, and I don't see how vaccination of 70% of passengers could be managed.

Seems simple to me how 100% of the passengers can be vaccinated. Only allow passengers with proof of vaccinations to board the ship. 
 

With effaces in the 95% range well over the 70% is achieved.  Yes might be an issue for some proposed passengers with the current delays and more vaccines soon coming on line very few who want to cruise won’t be able to.

Looks like the odds are are not too good for our Dec. Carib.cruise.  Too bad.  Really need to get away

We really don’t know if the CDC scenario will change based on vaccinations being required,  to cruise.
