Conflicting messages!  I can't help but wonder what the Public Servants in the PM's Office are doing.  Sounds like the US President's Office.

I imagine they are all working still in the office (not from home) but not necessarily talking to each other as a group.

I thought an essential skill for anyone working in a Minister's/PM's Office was to save them from themselves (before the ***** hits the fan).  This is obviously not happening, or advice is not being listened to!
