Where are the HERO cards found?  I do not remember seeing them when we sailed on NCL before.  I am sure they were there and I just missed them.

In a Haven room I know there will be several in your room.  also sometimes they are delivered with you nightly  Freestyle Daily

We used to see the cards distributed but last couple trips only saw them in atrium area.

We don’t usually tip for each meal in the haven restaurant, but there’s normally a server or two that we become familiar with over the course of the cruise.  Generally our last night to eat there, we will tip those individuals that stood out, and sometimes the maitre’d, $25-$50.

You usually can find them at the Guest Services Desk in the atrium.
