Any luck E-Mailng RCCL

I'm looking for a refund on a cruise I cancelled back on 4/14/20, I got tired of calling and not getting answered so I e-mailed a request for refund. Anyone have any luck with e-mailing instead of calling?

I did the contact me button. No reply but they did issue the refund a week ,after.

 

Emailed crown and anchor over a week ago, no reply.

 

Too busy to reply I'm assuming

Used both email and the FCC form on the website and heard back within 4-5 days.

I still have people that don't have their refunds from March, and we still don't have our refunds for taxes/fees from April.  Guess at some point we will get them.

Haven't tried an email, but maybe that's next. FCC received, but no taxes/fee refund as well for an April cruise.

I'm also waiting for a refund from March.  I've already booked other cruises for November 2021 and March 2022, but I could sure use the money for other bills.

Waiting for 2 refunds since March, send them an email once a month, just got the June canned response which says they received my email, gonna read it some day, might get back to me.
