Reaching Princess by Phone

Been trying to get through to Princess for a couple of days to check on refunds and put on hold forever and give up.

Are other experiencing the same problem?

More success has been reported midweek and later in the day, around 4 pm Pacific time.  Monday’s are worst.

how long is "forever" ?

I have called a couple times at 11:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) from New York and never been placed on hold.

Have to agree with this timeframe, catch them at the earliest part of their day, since they are on PST.  Lately, haven't had to wait hardly at all, compared to couple of months ago.  Good Luck!

Seems to normally take us a couple of hours, maybe a bit longer. Just put the phone on speaker and you can get the house cleaned up and the wash done and start lunch.....We do this once a month since April, seems like our refund was approved on July 22nd but alas, still no 7000 dollars.......

I agree with your reply. I call around 4 PM Pacific time and usually get connected to a rep immediately. I never try to

call on Mondays.
