   That is exactly what it is, I do hope we can get back to Japan again, so much to see and do there.

Good work, I was about to put up another clue, glad I didn't need to. To get there you drive till you reach a building with Belizean soldiers and at 9am they escort all the tourists who sign in to the archaelogical site. Miss the timing and too bad so sad you have to turn back. We made sure to get there early😂. It is a great place not just for the ruins but you drive through some of the last remaining untouched forest of that area. It's not uncommon to see Jaguars on the road, not that we got that lucky😜. The soldiers are there because Guatemalans have crossed illegally to basically steal Belizean trees and they have gotten violent in the past. It does keep the tourist numbers down which is nice after some of the more busy sites we had visited before. Funny little fact about Caracol back in it is hey day it was part of a war with the city of Tikal and the name of that war: Star Wars😆
