I will keep you posted.  I haven't called yet because I was interesting in knowing how the credit would come back.  Thanks!

If you have to call the casino booking dept directly. I booked a couple of casino bookings and if you wait on hold for a regular agent they will just connect you to the casino dept.

Just an FYI. I cancelled our Nov cruise in August, just before final payment was due. The deposit was a nonrefundable. However, even though I canceled that far out on my own, now that the cruise has been canceled by Carnival I have been informed that  my deposit is being refunded to my cc. Was told it would be 5 to 10 business days but due to the increased number of cancellations  to process it might be longer.
If you had not cancelled, you would have got the free gift of 300/600 OBC for transferring your deposit to another Cruise

I'm perfectly happy with getting my "nonrefundable" deposit back. I would have had to pay the cruise in full and, like many others,  now hold my hand on my butt waiting to get that money back as I have no intention of booking another cruise as long as restrictions are in place. With that in mind, the obc means absolutely nothing to me at this point. I'll take the bird in hand rather than the two in the bush.

I have a 5 day cruise out of Mobile January 9, 2021, I booked it in January 2020 and never imagined the covid effect on cruises to last this long.

Now with access to ports on my own hinted at not being allowed not anxious to take this trip.  My final payment is coming up in 3 weeks and if Carnival cancels and offers OBC for another cruise can this be used to make final payment on another cruise?  My January 9th cruise was reduced to a very low price even with the single supplement so realize a new booking will be much more expensive.  Anyone dealt with this type situation?  Thanks.

You will need to make the final payment by the deadline.
then if Carnival cancels, they will give you 300 OBC for transferring your entire payment to a new future Cruise

My PVP Sept 30 said it would be 30 to 60 days.  I cancelled out of our Nov 21 cruise on he Breeze.  So if anyone needs a handicap assessable Ocean Suite, one is not available.   We will see how long that credit card refund takes.  Don

That was suppose to say that cabin is NOW available!  Sorry.  Old fingers, poor proofreading!  Don
