Received a cruise refund in five days!

Amazing but true. 
I moved a cruise from January 2021  to March 2021  resulting in a credit due to me.  Made the move on October 9, and the refund was on my credit card on October 14!  
 

That was fast!

 

I hope others will get refunds just as quickly.

Got full refund in about 2 weeks.  It was for cancelled Nov. cruise. very fast

I received refund for my cancelled Harmony 11/29 cruise in 2 weeks...was shocked!  Refunded cruise fare, prepaid grats, and fees...but not the 500.00 deposit.  Still waiting on that.  Frustrating and will give it a few more days...then will have to call to check on it.  But at least happy to get the bulk of it earlier than expected.

I made more changes on October 15 to two 2021 bookings resulting in a small refund for both.  it will be interesting to see how long those refunds take.
