Can someone please explain the following statement from RCLs Cruise With Confidence:

 

"If you opt into the Cruise With Confidence 100% Future Cruise Credit, you do not qualify for any future Future Cruise Credit offers or refunds to our Global Suspension of sailings."

If you apply and cancel for the CWC you get 100% cruise credits. If Royal cancels you get the 125% FCC even if the next day  or can take 100% cash refund,

It means that if Royal subsequently cancels the sailing you cannot try to claim the 125% FCC or refund that are offered to guests on cancelled sailings.

Right, it means if you cancel, you'll get the FCC for the cost of your cruise, but that FCC will only ever be for the cost of your cruise, no matter what kind of new promos RC comes up with in regards to FCC
