That is exactly what I meant (2nd post) when I said it would be the next cruise. It was booked as a 20 day cruise and NOT a b2b.

I think the experiences people have shared on cruise critic is that it could go either way, sometimes one gets the perks added if they ask and other times one is told they must wait until the next cruise.  I’ve heard more positive experiences than negative ones. Could be people don’t share when they get turned down, or maybe an official change in policy, or like many things Princess, it varies depending on the person working a cruise. 🤷🏻‍♀️
